I love a good Rioja.
Balanced and easy to drink at just about any time of the day.
The Campo Viejo was the perfect pairing for our evening.
We served it with a pan seard ribeye steak that was finished with a garlic rosemary butter and mashed potatoes.
The wine stood up to the fatty nature of the steak and helped bring a brightness to the meal that was much needed.

We were in one of the many tulip fields in Holland in 2018. Such beautiful colors and these fields stretched for miles and miles. Anyway, thanks for checking out the recipe. I’d love to hear how it goes when you make it so come back to the recipe and leave a comment and rating.
