mango vodka sour cocktail in a glass on the counter

Mango Vodka Sour Cocktail

Light, refreshing, and SOOOOO Easy!

This cocktail isn’t just a summer drink! With the convenience of mango nectar (like Langers) you can have a little summer in your glass all year round.

Mango nectar is an extremely versatile ingredient in cocktails. I love using it to add a fresh kick and that’s exactly what it does in this Mango Vodka Sour Cocktail. You can also use mango nectar in margaritas, frozen cocktails, sauces, and mocktails.

What does mango nectar taste like?

What I love about mango nectar is that it’s not too sweet. It adds just a hint of sweetness with a nice mango punch of flavor.

The combination of the mango nectar with fresh lime juice creates a perfect combination. Hint: if you’re looking for a mocktail, make this recipe and just omit the vodka and add a splash of sparkling water. It’s just as delicious and refreshing.

Pop into your fridge and pantry and grab these ingredients:

  • Mango Nectar — I use Langers
  • Fresh Limes
  • Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Vodka — We like Grey Goose or Absolute

It’s also the perfect drink to make in mass for your next barbecue, bridal shower, or party.

Cheers!
